Septhia Ryanthie, Solo – Solo Mayor Gibran Rakabuming Raka responded to the report against him, President Joko Widodo or Jokowi, Chief Justice of the Constitutional Court Anwar Usman, and PSI Chairman Kaesang Pangarep filed by the Indonesian Democracy Defense Team (TPDI) to the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK).

The report was related to alleged collusion and nepotism following the Constitutional Court's ruling on the minimum age requirement for presidential and vice presidential candidates.

"Let the KPK follow it up," he said casually when met by the media crew at Solo City Hall, Central Java, Tuesday, October 24, 2023.

When asked about the court's controversial ruling and the many people who did not support his vice presidential candidacy, Gibran said people could make their own judgment.

"Let the people judge. I will leave this matter for the people to judge," he said.

On the other hand, he said the Solo government is currently preparing for the U-17 World Cup at Manahan Stadium Solo. The international youth tournament is set to be held in November-December 2023.

Tempo observed that the Solo Mayor's official car has now changed its appearance to match the branding of the game.

"Preparations for the U-17 World Cup are already underway. At present, FIFA has already been there (Manahan Stadium). We have prepared everything as it will begin soon," Gibran Rakabuming said.
