Alif Ilham Fajriadi, Jakarta – Inactive Ngada Police Chief AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman Sumaatmaja has been transferred to the Headquarters Service Unit (Yanma) Indonesian National Police. This reassignment order was issued after Fajar was accused of drug use, sexually abusing a minor, and selling explicit videos to an Australian pornographic website.

The transfer was formalized in the National Police Chief's Telegram Letter No. ST/489/III/KEP/2025, issued on March 12, 2025. The letter includes audit verification to confirm its legitimacy.

"AKBP Fajar Widyadharma Lukman, Ngada Police Chief of East Nusa Tenggara Regional Police, has been reassigned as a Mid-Level Officer at Yanma Polri," the letter stated, as quoted by Tempo on Thursday, March 13, 2025.

Through the same letter, the position of Ngada Police Chief has been assigned to AKBP Andrey Valentino, who previously served as the Police Chief of Nagekeo, East Nusa Tenggara.

Earlier, investigators from the East Nusa Tenggara Police's Criminal Investigation Directorate revealed that there was one identified victim in the child abuse allegations against the inactive police chief

"The victim is a six-year-old child," said East Nusa Tenggara Police Criminal Investigation Director, Kombes Patar Silalahi, in a press conference at the regional police headquarters on the afternoon of March 11, 2025, as reported by Antara.

According to Silalahi, Fajar arranged for the minor through a woman identified as "F." After agreeing to the request, F sought out children and brought the victim to a hotel booked by Fajar.

During the investigation at the hotel, police discovered identification evidence, including a photocopy of Fajar's driver's license at the reception desk. "There is no doubt anymore. A copy of his driver's license was found at the reception of the hotel under the name FWSL," Silalahi stated.

As of now, the inactive Ngada Police Chief has not been formally declared a suspect in the child abuse case. In addition to allegations of child sexual abuse, Fajar is also suspected of drug misuse.
