Hendrik Yaputra, Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto, speaking via video conference at the World Governments Summit 2025 on Thursday, February 13, claimed to have established a government based on talent and meritocracy within his first 100 days of office.
"One of our key achievements in the first 100 days of my administration has been the establishment of a fully functioning government based on talent and meritocracy," he said.
He added, "Many skilled Indonesians that have built their careers abroad are returning to serve our nation."
The Head of State is committed to building Indonesia into a modern and advanced nation by emphasizing its great potential. However, he realizes that Indonesia's cultural diversity and vast territory present both challenges and strengths in nation-building.
Therefore, the government is committed to ensuring that every citizen has equal access to education, healthcare, and economic opportunities. Prabowo also pays great attention to the infrastructure sector to connect people across the country.
By encouraging private investment in the infrastructure sector, Prabowo hopes that the development of infrastructure such as roads, bridges, and digital networks can be expanded further.
In the era of digitalization, Prabowo emphasizes the importance of digital connectivity for all Indonesians. Therefore, the government has reallocated the 6 GHz Wi-Fi spectrum for public use, effectively doubling Indonesia's internet capacity.
"This ensures that every Indonesian, from the remotest islands to the heart of Jakarta, has an equal opportunity to participate in the digital economy to learn, innovate, and prosper," he said.
