Ihsan Reliubun, Jakarta – Presidential candidate Ganjar Pranowo asked supporters of running candidates to report general elections fraud. According to Ganjar, silence is not a choice when faced with a threat to democracy.

"Ladies and gentlemen, silence is not a choice. Speak up, reveal, and report the unfair practices that will damage the democracy," Ganjar said on Tuesday evening, November 14, 2023.

In his speech, Ganjar Pranowo also urged everyone to safeguard the spirit of the 1998 Reformation. To maintain its spirit, democracy must run with utmost honesty. "We must ensure that the direction of Reformation is completed," he said.

According to Ganjar, general elections are one of the measures to ensure democracy stays in its lane, a process that necessitates integrity.

"Let's make sure that Reformation stays in its lane. This is the mandate of the constitution," said the former Central Java Governor in front of the other two running candidates in the general elections, Anies Baswedan-Muhaimin Iskandar and Prabowo Subianto-Gibran Rakabuming Raka.

Ganjar Pranowo encouraged people to speak up when witnessing fraudulent practices during the general elections. "I am grateful for running candidates number 1 (Anies-Muhaimin) and number 2(Prabowo-Gibran) for our shared commitment," he said.

The running candidate at the 2024 general elections explained that honesty and integrity must be showcased in synergy with the mind, heart, and spoken words. This election, he said, is not a mere political party for him and Mahfud MD, his vice presidential candidate.

"This is a matter of the future of Indonesia, which we must maintain together," said the PDIP-backed politician.
