Antara, Jakarta – President Prabowo Subianto announced that the Indonesian government had resolved 110 strategic issues during his first 18 months in office, a significant accomplishment.
"Our latest count probably shows that we've resolved more than 108 issues, 110 issues, in over a year, 18 months of our administration. This is no small achievement," Prabowo said at the Full Cabinet Meeting at the State Palace in Jakarta on Monday, as ANTARA reported.
The President stated that these various achievements were achieved without the government becoming overly arrogant. He emphasized that humility must be maintained even as the government successfully resolves many issues.
"We are humble, we don't want to pat ourselves on the back, we don't want to and we shouldn't be big-headed," said the President.
During the meeting, Prabowo then requested that a book containing solutions to various strategic problems be distributed immediately to all participants. Upon learning that the book was not yet in the hands of all participants, the President again requested that the document be distributed immediately.
"It was distributed, not prepared. I asked for it to be distributed. So, it's in front of the ministers and deputy ministers," Prabowo said.
The President emphasized that these various achievements were the result of the collaborative work of all members of the Red and White Cabinet over the past two years. According to him, the government has made progress in resolving these issues. He said this work deserves to be recognized as a form of appreciation for the efforts of all cabinet members.
The president hopes that the Indonesian people will appreciate their country's success to gain respect from other nations.
"Our achievements are quite significant. History will record our achievements," said Prabowo.
The mid-year Full Cabinet Meeting was held as a forum to evaluate the government's performance ahead of the President's State of the Union address in August 2026.
