Jakarta – Dompet Dhuafa, a Muslim alms organization, recently held a charity concert "Together for Sumatar" at M Bloc Live House and M Bloc Space to gather support for the disaster-hit island.

"Dompet Dhuafa has been working in several locations since the beginning of the disaster. We are also calling on donors, strategic partners, and our volunteers for humanitarian assistance. This charity concert is a demonstration of our commitment," Etika Setiawanti, the director for resource mobilization, at Dompet Dhuafa said.
"Corporate partners are also directly distributing aid, a joint initiative by Dompet Dhuafa and Bang Is. Bang Is has been with us for 10 years, and we have implemented various programs through our shared commitment.
The joint effort sees Dompet Dhuafa dispatching 60 tons of aid.
Bang Is said that the charity concert provided space to express humanitarian response.
