Jakarta – Indonesia has made digital declarations mandatory for all international travelers beginning September 1, 2025, through the government's new All Indonesia app.

The system is being rolled out at Soekarno-Hatta Airport in Tangerang, Juanda Airport in Surabaya, Ngurah Rai Airport in Bali, and Batam's international port, with nationwide expansion planned to cover all airports, ports, and land borders.

The app allows passengers to complete immigration, customs, health, and quarantine declarations in one integrated form. Travelers may fill out the form up to three days before departure from their home country or after landing in Indonesia, free of charge.

"This is a major leap in digital public services," said Immigration Director General Yuldi Yusman. "It shortens the arrival process while ensuring security and inclusivity for all passengers – from solo travelers to groups, the elderly, and people with disabilities."

The Director General of Customs and Excise, Djaka Budhi Utama, praised the integration, saying it would speed up the flow of both passengers and goods.

In addition to streamlining border checks, the app also strengthens public health safeguards by requiring health declarations to help detect potential infectious disease risks. Passengers traveling with animals or plants must also declare them through the system, supporting quarantine agencies in preventing pests and diseases.

Forms can be completed via the official website allindonesia.imigrasi.go.id or by downloading the All Indonesia app on Google Play Store and Apple App Store.

"This is not just about convenience," Yusman added. "Every piece of data submitted helps protect our nation's security, health, and border integrity."
