Mila Novita, Jakarta – Many people have publically voiced out their support for the annual International Women's Day on March 8. Here in Indonesia, many continue to campaign their fight against issues women face on a daily basis from financial gaps up to sexual harassment. Notable Indonesian actress Hannah Al Rashid was also one to voice her concerns for women in the entertainment business.

Through her Instagram post, Hannah shared her experience in participating for the fourth year in the Women's March Jakarta and highlighted the harassments against women in filming locations and in the work environment in general.

The 34-year old French-Indonesian descent actively voices for women's rights, which also made her the United Nation's ambassador for gender equality.

She expressed this in her Instagram post on Sunday, March 8; "This year I would like to highlight harassment happening in shooting locations that happens too often and oftentimes gets ignored and pushed under the carpet. I am working towards changing this in whatever capacity that I can," she wrote.

Hannah urged victims of sexual harassment in the film industry to voice out and collectively fight against sexual harassment in the film industry. Not only did the star of "Aruna dan Lidahnya" show support for victims, but she also had a message aimed at the sexual harassers.

"To predators in this industry, tread carefully because we are watching you," Hannah Al Rashid wrote.
